中外艺术体操个人项目棒操难度动作选用的比较研究
A comparative study on Chinese and foreign selection of clubs difficulty in individual exercises of rhythmic gymnastics
【摘要】 采用文献资料、视频分析、数据统计等方法,探究我国优秀艺术体操运动员在个人项目棒操成套动作难度选用与世界高水平运动员之间的差异.结果表明:1)中外优秀艺术体操运动员在成套棒操中,身体难度都选用了上限最多9个,且每位运动员都不存在缺组的现象;平衡类身体难度动作数量选用相对比较稳定,每套棒操至少都有3个;混合难度仅限于同类型身体难度动作的连接形式;2)国内外高水平运动员一套棒操中选用的身体难度动作基础级别绝大多数是最高的E级,但我国选手在高分值身体难度选用上与世界优秀运动员相比还存在一定的差距;3)在舞步系列选用的数量及顺序安排上,我国选手与世界高水平运动员没有差异;4)结合旋转和抛的动力性动作,国内外优秀运动员都选择了上限3个,但在动作分值的选编上,我国运动员明显趋于弱势;5)器械熟练性动作的选用上,各国运动员之间差异较大,俄罗斯运动员选用明显较多.
【Abstract】 It was explored the differences between Chinese elite athletes of rhythmic gymnastics and their foreign counterparts in terms of selection of clubs difficulty in complete sets of individual exercises. The findings were listed: 1) both Chinese and foreign elite athletes of rhythmic gymnastics select nine movements in body difficulty,which was the upper limit,and there was no shortage of grouping; the selection of body balance difficulty was relatively stable,with at least three movements for each set of clubs; mixed difficulty was only limited to the connective forms of the same type of body difficulty; 2) while the basic level of body difficulty selected by most of the domestic and foreign elite athletes lied in E level,the highest,there was a gap between domestic athletes and their foreign counterparts in the high-score body difficulty selection; 3) as to the dance steps combination,there was no obvious diversity in the number and order of arrangements; 4) in terms of dy-namic elements with rotation and throw,both domestic and foreign elite athletes choosed the upper limit of three movements,but the domestic choreography of diverse-score movements were comparatively weaker; 5)there was wide diversity in selection of apparatus mastery among athletes of different countries,with the Russian athletes outstanding in choice variety.
