【摘要】 目的:观察电针联合射频热凝靶点治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的76例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组38例,治疗组采用电针联合射频热凝靶点治疗,对照组采用单一电针治疗。治疗30天后比较两组患者的症状、体征及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后ODI积分、VAS评分分别与治疗前比较,均有所降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率89.47%,对照组为73.68%,两者疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合射频热凝靶点治疗腰椎管狭窄症,为临床提供了更优的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinically curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target therapy in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: 76 cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis were randomly divided into a treatment group( 38 cases) and a control group( 38cases). The treatment group was treated by electroacupuncture combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target therapy,and the control group was treated by single acupuncture. The symptoms,signs and clinical effect of two groups after 30 days’ treatment were compared. Results: In two groups after treatment,ODI score and VAS score were compared with those before treatment,and both of them were decreased,and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05); two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
