The security staff in China's universities are low in comprehensive quality,interested in jobhopping and but not in their work.Based on the ISO9001 quality management system,a management mode is established in Jiaxing University for its security staff:standardized and normalized management and scientific post setting,to keep its security staff steady and enhance their work enthusiasm.
