【摘要】 报道了一种用Pd/C或Na BH4作还原试剂,制备得到高纯度消旋化的(R)-1-[3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯基]乙醇的方法。比较分析了两种还原方法的优缺点,并经过筛选得到1种高效高选择性动力学拆分脂肪酶:Novozym 435,经过后期的分离纯化,成功制得e.e.值大于99%的产物。

【Abstract】 A new method was reported for synthesis of high purity racemization of(R)-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethanol-1-ol by using Pd/C or Na BH4 as reductant, Comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two reduction methods, we get one kind of high efficiency and high selectivity kinetic Lipase by screening some resolving agents: Novozym 435, after later isolated and purified, we successfully prepared a product which can afford >99% e.e.,after later separation and purification.
