【摘要】 高校的自主招生改革为选拔创新人才提供新方法,是高校招生考试的一种重要补充。高职院校的自主招生适当实行了招考分离,提高了选材效率,对高职院校人才培养工作起到了促进作用。随着自主招生不断深入,高职院校在制定招生政策时,应明确定位人才选择的标准,制定相应的培养目标,制定和实施适合自主招生背景下的高职人才培养模式,以改革推进素质教育实施和创新人才培养,促进高职教育高水平发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autonomous enrollment reform of higher vocational colleges can provide a new method for the selection of innovative talents,and it is an important supplement to the college entrance examination. Higher vocational colleges implement the appropriate independent recruitment separation from examination,improve the efficiency of selecting ealents and promote the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education.
