再造烟叶生产线干燥系统节汽技术应用效果的分析
Analysis on Application Effects of Steam Saving Technology on the Drying System of Reconstituted Tobacco Production Line
【摘要】 详细介绍了190 m·min-1再造烟叶生产线干燥系统组成与配置、节汽技术工艺流程及结构原理、主要技术参数;对比分析了技改前、后吨产品蒸汽消耗。结果表明:应用节汽综合技术后,吨产品蒸汽消耗从5.369 t产品降为5.045 t,降低了6.03%,节汽效果显著。
【Abstract】 The 190 m-min-1 reconstituted tobacco production line was introduced in detail,including its composition and configuration,process and structure principle of steam saving technology and main technical parameters,and the application effect of the system was analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the steam consumption before and after the technical transformation,the results showed that after application of steam saving technology,the steam consumption of per ton of product was reduced from 5.369 t to 5.045 t,which reduced by 6.03%.
