【摘要】 目的探讨髌骨针结合张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院髌骨骨折患者40例,分为对照组及观察组,各20例,分别采用克氏针张力带钢丝内固定及髌骨针张力带钢丝内固定。对两组治疗效果进行对比研究。结果治疗后,观察组的优良率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨针张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折具有创伤小、固定稳定、术后功能恢复好等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of patellar needle combined with tension band steel wire internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods 40 cases of patellar fracture in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group. Kirschner wire tension band steel wire fixation and patella tension band steel wire fixation were used in two groups. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the excellence rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patella tension band wire fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture is characterized by minimal damage,reliable fixation,early rehabilitation and good functional recovery,it’s worthy of clinical application.更多还原
