【摘要】 目的探讨纤维输尿管软镜与电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石治疗肾下盏结石的疗效。方法回顾性总结2012年9月至2015年2月收治的肾下盏结石患者78例,其中37例采用纤维输尿管镜下碎石治疗(纤维输尿管软镜组),41例采用电子输尿管镜下碎石治疗(电子输尿管软镜组)。比较两组的碎石效果。结果两组的平均碎石时间、结石一次清除率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院时间、找到结石成功率、术后发热比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电子输尿管镜处理肾下盏结石手术时间更短,结石清除率更高,效果更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fiberoptic flexible ureteroscope(FFU) and digital flexible ureteroscope(DFU) combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of subrenal calyx calculus. Methods From September 2012 to February 2015, the clinical data of 78 patients with subrenal calyx calculus were retrospectively analysed, in which 37 cases were treated with FFU(the FFU group), 41 cases were treated with DFU(the DFU group). The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The mean operation time, one-session stone-free rate were significantly different between the two groups( P<0. 05). No significant differences in hospital stay, the success rate of looking for stone and postoperative fever(P>0.05). Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy with DFU in treatment of subrenal calyx calculus may require less operation time, achieve higher stone-free rate and better clinical efficacy than FFU.更多还原
