嵌合型抗原受体T细胞疗法的研究进展
Research Progression in Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell Therapy
【摘要】 嵌合型抗原受体T细胞(chimeric antigen receptor T cell,CAR-T cell)是通过基因修饰而表达肿瘤特异性的嵌合型抗原受体的T细胞,能重新识别特异的肿瘤相关性抗原(tumorassociated antigen,TAA),并对肿瘤细胞产生细胞毒性作用,发挥抗肿瘤效应。许多临床研究已经证明该疗法的可行性及安全性,并已取得令人振奋的疗效。
【Abstract】 Chimeric antigen receptor T cell(CAR-T cell) can express tumor-associated chimeric antigen receptor by genetic modification. Those cells can recognize tumor-associated antigens(TAAs) in the targeted cells,then exert antigen-specific cytotoxicity against tumor cells. Many clinical trails have demonstrated the feasibility and safety,as well as impressive effectiveness of CART cell therapy.
