【摘要】 [目的]分析2009年柳州市市区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的流行病学特征,为恶性肿瘤防控策略提供依据。[方法]通过对柳州市肿瘤登记处2009年肿瘤登记数据进行统计分析,计算恶性肿瘤发病/死亡率、年龄别发病/死亡率、标化率、构成比和累积率等指标。[结果]2009年柳州市市区居民恶性肿瘤粗发病率为234.54/10万,中标率为130.51/10万,世标率为168.00/10万,累积发病率(0~74岁)为18.95%。2009年柳州市市区居民恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为130.71/10万,中标率为69.96/10万,世标率为92.31/10万,累积死亡率(0~74岁)为10.44%。肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌和胃癌居恶性肿瘤发病前5位。肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌和白血病居恶性肿瘤死亡前5位。[结论]柳州市市区居民恶性肿瘤防控的重点是肺癌、乳腺癌和消化系统肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the epidemic characteristics of the cancer in Liuzhou city,Guangxi province,2009,and to provide basis for local cancer control and prevention. [Methods]The cancer data in cancer registry of Liuzhou city in 2009 were analyzed. The cancer incidence/mortality,age-specific incidence/mortality,standardized incidence/mortality,proportion and cumulative rate were analyzed. [Results] The crude cancer incidence in cancer registry of Liuzhou was234.54/10~5,the age-standardized incidence by Chinese population was 130.51/10~5,the age-standardized incidence by world population was 168.00/10~5,and the cumulative incidence rate(0 ~74 years) was 18.95%. The crude cancer mortality in cancer registry of Liuzhou was 130.71/10~5,the age-standardized mortality by Chinese population was 69.96/10~5,the age- standardized mortality by world population was 92.31/10~5,and the cumulative mortality rate(0~74 years) was 10.44%.The incidence of the top 5 cancers were lung cancer,liver cancer,colon & rectum cancer,breast cancer and stomach cancer. The mortality of the top 5 cancers were lung cancer,liver cancer,colon & rectum cancer,stomach cancer and leukaemia. [Conclusions] Cancer prevention and control in Liuzhou should be put emphasis on lung cancer,breast cancer and digestive system tumors.更多还原
