【Abstract】 The hydraulic expansion fixture is a kind of ultra- precision fixture. The true running accuracy of the expansion fixture is less than 3μm. The hydraulic expansion fixtures are used to solve workholding puzzle,especially for thin- walled parts and the workpieces which are hard to hold.
