【摘要】 云南省护理学会针对灾害及突发事件的特点,组织专家编写教材,选拔师资,制作光盘,举办了8期以灾害及突发事件救援为主要内容的10项护理技术规范化培训班。采取理论授课与技术操作示范、实践与考核相结合的培训方法。共培训护士1608名,护士考核成绩平均为(92.8±5.8)分,全部获得技术培训合格证。其培训方法及效果受到学员的认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of disasters and emergent events,Yunnan Nursing Association organized experts to write training materials,select trainers and make training videos about the disaster and emergency rescue technology. Eight training classes were held for 1608 nurses by the means of theory teaching combined with technical operation demonstration. The trainees’ performance in final exam was(92.8 ±5.8) and all trainees obtained the training certificate. The training methods and outcomes got high appraisal by the trainees.更多还原
