【摘要】 目的构建居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估单,通过系统、动态地评估,及时发现居家照护过程中所存在的问题,为进一步制订个体化照护方案提供依据。方法基于文献研究、对痴呆老年人照顾者半结构式访谈及专家会议构建评估单初稿,然后采用德尔菲法对全国范围内32名专家进行2轮咨询。结果 2轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收率分别为91.43%和100%。第2轮咨询中,专家权威系数为0.909,一、二、三级指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.381、0.172、0.177(P<0.001)。最终形成的居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估单包括一级指标4项(日常生活照护问题、精神行为问题、居家环境设置问题、愉悦性活动安排问题),二级指标28项,三级指标119项。结论经专家咨询确定的居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估单科学、合理,能为居家痴呆老年人照护问题的动态评估及制订个体化照护计划提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop care problems assessment indicators for community-dwelling patients with dementia. Methods The draft indicator system was formulated based on literature review,semi-structured interviews among dementia caregivers and expert meeting. Then,Delphi technique was used to identify the indicators through two rounds of expert consultation among 32 experts. Results The response rates of two rounds consultation were91.43% and 100%,respectively. The authority coefficient of experts in the second round was 0.909,and the coordination coefficients of three level indicators were 0.381,0.172,0.177,respectively(P<0.001). The care problems assessment indicator system for community-dwelling patients with dementia consisted of 4 first-level indicators,including daily life care problems,behavioral and psychological problems,environment arrangement,participation of pleasant events,28 second-level indicators and 119 items. Conclusion The final care problems assessment indicator system for community-dwelling patients with dementia is reliable and can be used to dynamically assess the care problems of community-dwelling patients with dementia.更多还原
