【摘要】 目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片、多维元素片及吲哚美辛治疗弱精子症的临床疗效.方法:选取2014-04/2015-04江苏省靖江市人民医院不育门诊有完整随访资料的42例男性不育症患者作为研究对象,给予复方玄驹胶囊、胰激肽原酶肠溶片、多维元素片及吲哚美辛联合治疗,连续服用12周,观察治疗前后精液质量的变化.结果:治疗6周后,a级精子百分率较治疗前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),a级精子总数显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗12周后,a级精子百分率、精子总活率有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),a级精子总数显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而b级精子百分率、精子浓度在治疗前后均无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片、多维元素片及吲哚美辛治疗弱精子症能明显提高精子活力,改善精液质量,从而提高受孕率.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the clinical efficacy of Fufang Xuanju capsule combined with ancreatic kinionogenase entericcoated table,multivitamin and minerals table,indometacin on asthenozoospermia. METHODS: A total of 42 patients with thenozoospermia admitted into People’s Hospital of Jingjiang City from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as research object,with Fufang Xuanju capsule combined with ancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated table,multivitamin and minerals table,indometacin for 12 weeks,and the quality of sperms were evaluated.RESULTS: Compared with pre-treatment, the percentage of Grade A sperm was significantly improved after 6 weeks of treatment( P<0.05) and the amout of Grade A sperm was significantly improved( P<0.01). The percentage of Grade A sperm and vitality of sperm were statislicaly significantly improved after 12 weeks of treatment( P < 0. 05) and the amout of Grade A sperm was significantly improved after 12 weeks of treatment( P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of Grade B sperm or concentrations of sperm( P > 0. 05).CONCLUSION: Fufang Xuanju capsule combined with ancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated table, multivitamin and minerals table,indometacin can significantly improve the vitality of sperm,the quality of sperm so as to pregnancy rate.更多还原
