原发性高血压患者动脉硬化与相关因子的研究
The study of arterial stiffness and relative factors in patients with essential hypertension
【摘要】 目的:研究原发性高血压患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、下丘脑生长激素促分泌素受体内源性配体(ghrelin)、内皮素-1(EF-1)和血管性血友病因子(v WF)与动脉硬化的关系.方法:选取180例高血压患者作为研究对象和68例健康者作为对照组,给所有入选人员测定Hcy、ghrelin、EF-1及v WF;对高血压组再分颈动脉硬化和非颈动脉硬化组,两组间比较这四个因子的浓度。在高血压组超声测量颈动脉内膜中层厚度,比较与这四个因子的关系及因子间的关系.结果:高血压组Hcy、ghrelin、EF-1、v WF四个因子水平显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),合并动脉硬化高血压组Hcy、ghrelin、EF-1、v WF四个因子均明显高于不合并动脉硬化高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Hcy、EF-1、v WF、ghrelin与颈动脉内膜中层厚度密切正相关,这四个因子间也密切正相关.结论:Hcy、ghrelin、EF-1、v WF与动脉硬化密切相关,对于预测高血压患者靶器官损害程度有重要意义.
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the relationship between the hardening of the arteries in patients with essential hypertension and homocysteine,ghrelin endothelin-1( ET-1) as well as vonwillebrand-factor( v WF). METHODS: A total of 180 cases of hypertension patients and 68 healthy controls were selected as research objects,and the levels of Hcy,ghrelin,v WF,and EF-1 of all the research objects were detected. The hypertension group were then divided into carotid arteriosclerosis group and no carotid sclerosis group. In the hypertension sub-groups,ultrasonic was used to measure the carotid intima-media thickness( c IMT),and the relationship between c IMT and the four factors was compared.RESULTS: Levels of Hcy,ghrelin,EF-1 and v WF in hypertension group were significantly higher than those of normal control group,with statistically signigicant difference( P<0.05). Atherosclerosis hypertension sub-group of Hcy,ghrelin,EF-1 and v WF were significantly higher than no atherosclerosis hypertension sub-group,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).Hcy,EF-1,v WF,ghrelin and carotid intima-media thickness were closely related,and these four factors were also closely related.CONCLUSION: Hcy,ghrelin,EF-1,v WF are closely related to the hardening of the arteries. It is significantly important to predict the damage degrees of target organ in hypertensive patients.
