基于光纤扫描的无极灯泡体表面发光均匀性评估方法
Method for Measuring the Luminous Uniformity of Electrodeless Lamp Body’s Surface Based on Optical Fiber Scanning
【摘要】 为了评估无极灯泡体质量的优劣,提出1种测量无极灯泡体表面发光均匀性的方法。该方法应用传光光纤获取无极灯泡体表面各面元的法向出光量,经过光电池与放大电路对获取信号的处理以及STM32(意法半导体公司的32位微控制器)控制系统的应用,得到与无极灯泡体表面相对亮度对应的电压量数据,进而得出泡体表面发光均匀性的优劣。通过实验验证,运用该方法进行无极灯泡体发光均匀性的分析可以作为评价无极灯泡体质量的1种手段。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the quality of the electrodeless lamp body, in this paper, a method for measuring the luminous uniformity of its surface is presented. It is based on the application of optical fiber to get the normal light output of each surface element. Through the use of photovoltaic cells, amplifier circuits and the STM32(a 32-bit microcontroller of STMicroelectronics) control system, the voltage data corresponding to the relative luminance of the electrodeless lamp body’s surface is obtained, meanwhile, the luminous uniformity is achieved. In addition, according to the experimental verification, analysis of the electrodeless lamp body luminance uniformity by this method can be used as a way to evaluate the quality of the lamp body.
