【摘要】 目的:探讨推进品管圈活动的工作方法,为医院运用品管圈进行质量改善提供借鉴。方法:基于精细化管理理念,建立阶段培训-科室实践-现场指导-阶段汇报的阶段管理模式(SMM)开展品管圈活动。结果:阶段管理模式实现了品管圈培训与实践双管齐下,关键环节现场指导,阶段汇报量化评价,品管步骤严谨准入的科学化管理。结论:阶段管理模式的应用为品管圈每一阶段的有效开展提供了保障,推动了品管圈活动顺利进行及持续质量改进,提高了工作效率和护理服务质量,使护理人员与管理者之间达到最优沟通、最畅交流、最佳协作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the work method of promoting the quality control circle and provide reference for the quality improvement of the hospital. Methods:Based on the concept of i ne management,stage training,clinical practice,site guidance and stage report(SMM) was established. Results:The mode has got the training and practice of quality control circle synchronization,the guidance of key links and the quantitative evaluation and the stage admission management. Conclusion:The stage management mode could ef ectively promote the development of quality control circle activity,improve the quality of quality control circle activities and improve the ability of nursing staf,working efficiency and the quality of care. The mode made the best communication and the best collaboration between nurses and managers.更多还原
