【摘要】 目的:借助信息技术提高现代医院药学管理和药学服务水平。方法:建立统一的智能药事管理信息平台,基于平台建立药事管理信息系统和临床药师工作站系统,使药事管理和药学服务工作流程全程电子化、自动化。智能药事管理信息平台提供统一数据、统一规则。药库药房通过智能药事管理信息平台,实现药品全程批号管理、实物库存管理,真正实现药品精细化管理。临床药师通过临床药师工作站系统,对临床用药全过程提供科学合理、及时有效的药学指导与服务。结果:依托信息技术、物联网技术和现代化医药管理理念,有效整合药品从供应到配发的全流程业务信息,优化药品流转流程,提高药品管理能力,促进药品合理应用,保障患者用药安全,实现药品全流程智能化识别、追踪和管理,实现药学服务和药事管理效率全面提升,实现药品物流成本精细化管理。结论:信息化建设已成为现阶段医院药事管理与药学服务不可或缺的重要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To improve the modern hospital pharmacy management and pharmaceutical care by the help of information technology. Methods: Through the establishment of a unified intelligent pharmacy management information platform, the unified data and rules, the whole batch management of drug and physical inventory management were completed. By clinical pharmacist workstation system, scientific, rational, timely and effective pharmaceutical care were provided. Results: With the help of information technology, internet of things technology and modern pharmacy management concept, the full pharmacy care process from drug supply to allocation has been integrated to improve drug rational use, assure patient’s safety, promote the efficiency of pharmacy management and achieve the lean management of drug cost.
