【Abstract】 Based on the framework of doctor compensation system in public hospital in China, the current situation, problems and the outcome resulting from their behaviors were analyzed and the relationships between doctor compensation system policy and other healthcare policy were also discussed. Referred by international experiences on doctor compensation system and incentive mechanism, suggestions on doctor’s compensation system in public hospitals were presented.更多还原
