【摘要】 改善医疗服务行为,提高医疗服务质量,提升群众满意度是医疗机构发展和生存的根本。吉林大学第一医院秉承白求恩精神,坚持"以病人为中心"的服务理念,通过落实《改善医疗服务行动计划》,不断提高医疗和护理质量、加强信息系统建设、改善医疗环境、完善预约诊疗、加强人文关怀等多种举措,营造温馨的就医环境,改善患者就医体验,构建和谐的医患关系,努力创建群众满意的医院,践行医务工作者的神圣职责和使命。

【Abstract】 Promoting health care behavior, improving health care quality and promoting public satisfaction are the base for hospital existing and development. Based on the spirit of Bethune and concept of patient centered, health care and nursing care quality, information system building, health care environment, appointment service and humanistic care were strengthened to make worm health care environment, promote patient experience and build harmonious hospital patient relationship to full play the sacred role and mission of hospital.
