【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师在肾病综合征患者合理用药中的作用。方法:临床药师通过参与肾病综合征并发胃肠道感染患者的治疗过程,与医师讨论并选择合适的药物,根据患者病情变化及药物疗效及时调整用药方案,实施药学服务。结果:临床药师为患者提供药学服务,患者用药依从性和临床治疗效果得到提高,提升了医疗质量。结论:临床药师在肾病综合征患者合理用药中发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical rational drug use for nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods: By participating in the treatment of a patient with nephrotic syndrome as well as gastrointestinal infection, clinical pharmacists discussed with doctors and selected suitable drugs for the patient. The therapeutic scheme should be adjusted according to the change of the patient’s conditions and the clinical efficacy of drugs, and pharmaceutical care should be implemented. Results: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for the patient, improved the patient’s compliance and clinical therapeutic efficacy, and promoted the medical quality. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists played an important role in the rational drug use for nephrotic syndrome patients.更多还原
