【摘要】 对国外药品谈判结果实施模式进行梳理,国外药品谈判结果形式可分为与结果有关的协议和与结果无关的协议。与结果有关的协议分为基于结果的报销协议和有条件的覆盖;与结果无关的协议分为药品折扣协议、返利协议和药品赠送。本文分别从基本概念、实施案例和实施特点进行分析,以期为完善我国的药品谈判结果实施模式提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study integrated implemamentation modes of drug negotiation outcomes in foreign countries, and it found that the form of negotiation outcomes included outcomes-linked reimbursement and non-outcome linked reimbursement. The outcomes-linked reimbursement included outcomes-based reimbursement and conditional coverage. The non-outcomes linked reimbursement included drug discount agreement, drug rebate agreement and drug donation. This study analyzed basic concepts, implementation cases and implementation characteristics respectively, aiming at providing references for implementation modes of drug negotiation outcomes in China.更多还原
