基于交通网络介数中心性的沈阳市避灾绿地可达性

【摘要】 绿地是防灾避灾体系的最重要组成,也是应急疏散的主要目的地,避灾绿地分布的合理性与区位条件是城市绿地规划建设的重点。对于强调应急救灾效率的避灾绿地而言,交通网络可达性能够直观体现其可达性,进而反映空间分布均衡性、便捷程度及应急救灾效率。基于交通网络中心性,结合平均可达时间与人口以及规模研究沈阳市避灾绿地可达性。避灾绿地可达性从城市中心到外围递减,具有多中心性的分布特征,包含8个高值核心区。城市外围北部与城市中心部分平均可达人口规模较大以及城市外围面积较大、平均可达时间较长的避灾绿地,其可达性均较小,避灾绿地平均可达人口、平均可达时间、避灾绿地规模与可达性匹配性总体较低。

【Abstract】 Urban disaster prevention green space is the most important part of disaster prevention and avoidance system and the main destination of evacuation, and disaster prevention green space distribution rationality and the location conditions are the focus of the planning and construction of urban green space. For disaster prevention green space that emphasizes the efficiency of emergency response, transportation network accessibility can embody the accessibility in the most direct and effective way, and display the fairness, convenience, and efficiency of emergency response of disaster prevention green space. This paper discusses the accessibility of disaster prevention green space in Shenyang central city based on betweenness centrality and its combination with average accessible time, population, and the scale. The results indicate that the accessibility, which declining from city center to the edge of the city, has 8 large high value distribution areas. The disaster prevention green space in the north part of the city edge and the city center that have higher average accessible population, and in the city edge that have larger scale and longer average accessible time have worse accessibility, and the matching degree between average accessible time, average accessible population, disaster prevention green space scale and accessibility are lower generally.
