【摘要】 目的观察以温肾益气活血治法为基础的陈氏糖肾方联合以益气活血平肝为主要功效的中成药脑脉泰胶囊,对治疗糖尿病肾病合并缺血性脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、血清白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、8及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)水平变化的影响。方法采用前瞻性、随机、对照的方法,将120例患者随机分为治疗组41例,对照组A39例,对照组B40例,三组均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上以温肾益气活血法为基础的陈氏糖肾方及益气活血平肝为主要功效的中成药脑脉泰胶囊口服联合治疗,对照组A仅以口服陈氏糖肾方,对照组B仅以口服中成药脑脉泰胶囊,三组疗程均为3个月。观察三组患者治疗前后Hcy、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的变化水平。结果治疗组治疗后血清Hcy、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显下降并低于对照组A及对照组B,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论运用温肾益气活血平肝中药,以陈氏糖肾方及脑脉泰胶囊联合治疗的方法,能有效改善糖尿病肾病合并脑卒中患者血清Hcy及相关细胞因子水平,从而改善患者血管微炎症状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changing of serum homocysteine(Hcy), interleukin-6, 8(IL-6, IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in patients of diabetic nephropathy with ischemic stroke which treat by warming the kidney and tonifying qi with activating blood circulation method of Chen Tang Shen decoction combined with tonifying qi and activating blood circulation with calming the liver that mainly the effect of Chinese medicine Nao Mai Tai capsule. Method A prospective, randomized and controlled method was adopted 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups-treatment group(41 cases), control group A(39 cases) and control group B(40 cases). Control group A was treated with routine treatment of western medicine and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of warming the kidney and tonifying qi with activating blood circulation method of Chen Tang Shen decoction. Control group B was treated with routine treatment of western medicine the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying qi and activating blood circulation with calming the liver which is mainly the effect of Nao Mai Tai capsule. Treatment group was treated with both the routine treatment of western medicine and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of warming the kidney and tonifying qi with activating blood circulation method of Chen Tang Shen decoction combined with tonifying qi and activating blood circulation with calming the liver which is mainly the effect of Nao Mai Tai capsule. The course of treatment in the three groups was 3 months. The levels of serum Hcy, IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis TNF-α were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Result After treatment, the level of serum Hcy, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α of the treatment group decreased significantly lower than that of the control group A and control group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Using the treatment of warming the kidney and tonifying qi with activating blood circulation and calming the liver, Chen Tang Shen Decoction combined with Nao Mai Tai capsule can effectively decrease serum Hcy and related cytokines in patients with diabetic nephropathy and ischemic stroke, so as to change the micro inflammatory state in patients with vascular.更多还原
