【摘要】 目的 探讨葡萄糖调节蛋白(GRP)78在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 选取2002年7月至2008年10月在北京大学人民医院诊治的子宫内膜癌患者70例(子宫内膜癌组),从中选取12例同时做癌组织及癌旁正常组织切片的患者为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法测定癌组织及癌旁正常组织中GRP78的表达情况,分析GRP78表达与临床特征的关系。术后随访,分析GRP78表达与患者死亡及肿瘤复发的相关性。结果 子宫内膜癌组癌组织中GRP78阳性表达率为94.3%(66/70)。对照组癌组织中GRP78阳性表达率为100.0%(12/12),癌旁正常组织中GRP78阳性表达率为41.7%(5/12),二者差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。子宫内膜癌组织中GRP78表达与病理类型(P=0.045)、分化程度(P=0.042)有关,而与临床分期、肿瘤复发以及淋巴结转移无关(均P>0.05)。生存分析显示,子宫内膜癌组织中GRP78表达与死亡及复发均无明显相关性(P=0.821,0.875)。结论 GRP78在子宫内膜癌组织中呈现高表达;GRP78与病理类型以及分化程度之间的关系可提供辅助诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of glucose regulated protein(GRP)78 in human endometrial cancer tissue and the clinical biological significance.Methods Totally 70 cases of endometrial cancer from July 2002 to October 2008 in Peking University People’s Hospital were enrolled;12 patients who had biopsies for both cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were selected as control group.The expression of GRP78 was tested by immunohistochemistry methods.Correlations of GRP78 with clinical characteristics,recurrence rate and death rate were analyzed.Results In 70 cases of endometrial cancer,positive expression rate of GRP78 was 94.3%(66/70).In control group,positive expression rate of GRP78 in endometrial cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissue[100.0%(12/12) vs 41.7%(5/12)](P = 0.002).GRP78 expression was related with pathological type and differentiation degree of endometrial cancer(P = 0.045 and 0.042).Survival analysis showed no significant correlation between GRP78 expression and recurrence rate or death rate(P =0.821,0.875).Conclusion The high-expression of GRP78 is related with pathological type and differentiation degree,which may provide the reference for endometrial cancer diagnosis.更多还原
