【摘要】 目的 研究神经营养因子受体p75(p75^NTR)在人食管鳞癌细胞中的表达。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测100例人食管鳞癌样本中p75^NTR的表达情况,分析其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、淋巴转移、病理分化程度、3年存活率的关系。结果 100例患者中p75^NTR阳性率为69.0%（69/100）,在食管鳞癌组织中p75^NTR阳性和阴性表达患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、病理分化程度,差异有统计学意义[（61±7）岁比（56±8）岁,阳性表达率男性79.7%（47/59）比女性53.7%（22/45）、阴性表达男性占比38.7%（12/31）比女性占比61.3%（19/31）,（4.6±1.1）cm比（3.2±1.4）cm,病理分化程度:高分化44.9%（31/69）比9.7%（3/31）、中分化50.7%（35/69）比71.0%（22/31）、低分化4.3%（3/69）比19.4%（6/31）,P<0.05],淋巴转移差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 p75^NTR在食管鳞癌患者中表达程度不同,高表达患者病理分化差,3年存活率低;p75^NTR在食管鳞癌发病过程中可能起重要的作用,其表达对判断人食管鳞癌临床预后有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of neurotrophin receptor p75（p75） in human esophageal squamous carcinoma.Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to measure the expression of p75 in pathological paraffin specimens from 100 patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma.The correlations between p75 expression and age,gender,tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,pathological differentiation,3 years survival rate were analyzed.Results The total expression rate of p75 was 69.0%（69/100）.The age,tumor diameter,degree of pathological differentiation was significantly different between patients with positive expression of p75 and patients with negative expression of p75[（61 ± 7） years old vs（56 ± 8） years old;positive expression male 79.1%（47/59） vs female 53.7%（22/41）,negative expression proportion male 38.7%（12/31） vs female 61.3%（19/31）;（4.6 ± 1.1） cm vs（3.2 ± 1.4） cm;high differentiation 44.9%（31/69）vs 9.7%（3/31）,middle differentiation 50.7%（35/69） vs 71.0%（22/31）,low differentiation 4.3%（3/69）vs 19.4%（6/31）]（P<0.05）,while the incidence of lymph node metastasis was not significantly different（P>0.05）.Conclusions The expression of p75 in esophageal squamous carcinoma is higher in patients with poorly pathological differentiation tumor,with lower 3-year survival rate;p75^NTR might play an important role in esophageal squamous carcinoma and might be a valuable marker in predicting prognosis.更多还原
