密相塔烟气入口角度的数值模拟和优化设计

【摘要】 针对唐钢210m2烧结烟气脱硫设备密相塔空塔内部的三维流场进行数值模拟,利用Fluent15软件,采用k-ε模型和SIMPLE算法,模拟分析表明,烟气入口角度达16°时,密相塔内中部形成一个范围较大的湍流区域,烟气的湍流运动剧烈,烟气速度分布比较均匀,有利于提高脱硫效率。上部和下部区域形成范围较小的顺时针和逆时针湍流区域,湍流运动剧烈,增强了烟气和脱硫剂的充分混合,提高脱除效率。

【Abstract】 Using the Fluent15 software,the internal 3Dflow field of the dense scrubber from the 210m2 sintering flue gas desulphurization equipment in Tang steel was simulated with k-ε model and SIMPLE algorithm.Simulation analysis showed that when the flue gas entrance angle is 16°,the turbulent region in the middle of the dense tower was larger,the turbulent motion of flue gas was intense,and the distribution of the flue gas velocity was uniform,which was conducive to improving the desulfurization efficiency.There were smaller clockwise and counterclockwise region of turbulent flow in the upper and lower region,and the turbulent motion was violent,so as to enhances the mixing flue gas with desulfurization agent and improve the removal efficiency.
