大约克母猪产仔数和初生窝重与断奶窝重及断奶成活率的相关性研究

【摘要】 为分析产仔数和初生窝重对仔猪断奶窝重及断奶成活率的影响及其性状间的相关性,选择浙江某种猪场大约克母猪2008-2013年的繁殖数据作为研究对象,并按窝产活仔数不同(6~17)分为12组进行分析。结果表明,不同组间断奶窝重和断奶成活率均差异极显著(P<0.01),其中11~13头组断奶窝重极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);15~17头组断奶成活率极显著低于其他组(P<0.01)。经相关性分析,窝产活仔数、窝总产仔数和初生窝重均与断奶窝重呈极强正相关(R=0.319,P<0.01;R=0.269,P<0.01;R=0.336,P<0.01);与断奶成活率呈极强负相关(R=-0.450,P<0.01;R=-0.415,P<0.01;R=-0.278,P<0.01)。综上,当窝产活仔数在11~13头时,可以实现断奶窝重和断奶成活率的双赢。

【Abstract】 To investigate the correlation of litter size, litter weight at birth to weaning litter weight and piglet survival rate of Yorkshire sows, reproductive performance data of Yorkshire sows(2008-2013) were selected from a national pig breeding farm in Zhejiang Province. According to the difference of alive litter size(6 ~17), theses sows were divided into 12 groups. The weaning litter weight and weaning survival rate of pigs were significantly different among groups(P<0.01); and the weaning litter weight in 11~13 head group was significantly increased than other groups( P<0.01), the weaning survival rate of pigs in 15 ~17 head group was significantly decreased than the other groups( P <0.01). The correlation analysis showed that alive litter size, total litter size and litter weight at birth were significantly positively correlated(R =0.319, P <0.01; R =0.269, P <0.01; R =0.336, P <0.01) on litter weaning weight; alive litter size, litter size and litter weight at birth were significantly negatively correlated on the survival rate of weaning( R =-0.450; P <0.01; R =-0.415, P <0.01; R =-0.278, P <0.01). In summary, both weaning litter weight and weaning survival rate of pigs can be higher when the alive litter size at birth was 11~13.
