干雾过氧化氢发生系统的现场消毒效果试验观察

【摘要】 目的观察一种干雾过氧化氢系统对密闭环境内空气及物体表面的消毒效果。方法采用空气微生物采样和表面涂抹采样法,对该干雾过氧化氢发生系统现场消毒效果进行了检测和评价。结果选择体积为100 m3的病房,以浓度60 g/L过氧化氢消毒液6 ml/m3用量,该干雾过氧化氢发生系统运行作用90 min,病房空气和物体表面(房顶部位除外)均无存活细菌检出;以浓度60 g/L过氧化氢消毒液9 ml/m3用量,运行作用90 min,病房空气和物体表面(含房顶)均无存活细菌检出。结论干雾过氧化氢系统对医疗机构密闭环境中空气和物体表面均能达到高效消毒水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of a dry mist hydrogen peroxide system used for disinfection of environment and surfaces in a confined space. Methods Air sampling and surface sampling were used to evaluate and determine the disinfection effect of this system. Results The test were performed in a 100 m3 ward,when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 60 g/L and used for 6 ml/m3 lasted for 90 min,both the air and the surfaces(except for the roof) had no bacteria detected. When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 60 g/L and used for 9 ml/m3 lasted for 90 min,both the air and the surfaces(including the roof) had no bacteria detected. Conclusion The dry mist hydrogen peroxide system can achieve high levels of disinfection effect when used for disinfection of air and surfaces in the confined rooms in hospitals.
