【摘要】 目的:评价知铬胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱导胰岛损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法:给予小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型(空腹血糖>10mmol/L),给予受试物30d后,测空腹血糖及糖耐量。结果:知铬胶囊能降低高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖,糖耐量实验阳性。结论:知铬胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱导胰岛损份小鼠具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the protective effect of Zhige capsule on mice of islet injury induced by alloxan. 【Method】The mice were injected via abdomen alloxan to build diabet models( fasting blood-glucose > 10mmol) and fed with Zhige capsule for 30 d. The protective effect was judged by testing the fasting blood-glucose and glucose tolerance. 【Result】Zhige capsule could reduce fasting blood glucose and regulate glucose tolerance. 【Conclusion】Zhige capsule could protect islet injuried mice.更多还原
