【摘要】 目的分析辽宁省2010-2014年肺结核病患者就诊情况和发现方式,为今后辽宁省结核病防治政策和策略的制定提供理论依据。方法对结核病管理信息系统中2010-2014年辽宁省结核病人相关数据进行分析。结果2010-2014年我省结核病管理信息系统报告初诊人数669 951人,平均年就诊率为305.54/10万,平均查痰率46.13%。2010-2014年辽宁省共发现肺结核病人122 347例。其中,因症就诊发现患者数为76 146例,转诊方式发现患者25 014例,因症就诊方式发现病人比例从2010(56.13%)到2014(64.01%)年呈现上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2趋势=422.87,P<0.001)。结论辽宁省肺结核患者的主要发现方法为因症就诊和转诊,需加强医防合作工作,并进一步开展结核病宣传教育工作,提高病人发现水平,保持结核菌痰检实验室工作质量并提高初诊查痰率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the treatment situation and the way how to find TB( tuberculosis) patients from 2010 to2014 in Liaoning and provide theoretical basis for the establishment of policies and strategies of the tuberculosis control in Liaoning. Methods The related data about TB patients from 2010 to 2014 in TB management information system in Liaoning were analyzed. Results The number of TB management information system in our province report was 669 951 from2010 to 2014,the average sputum examination rate was 46. 13%. 122 347 cases of tuberculosis patients were found in Liaoning from 2010 to 2014. Among them,way found 76 146 cases of patients were found by disease diagnosis and 25 014 cases of patients with referral way. The proportion of patients who were found by the way of disease diagnosis was increased from2010( 56. 13%) to 2014( 64. 01%). The 2 trend test has statistical significance( χ2= 422. 87,P < 0. 001). Conclusion The main finding ways of the tuberculosis patients in our province are disease diagnosis and referral. It is needed to strengthen PPM- DOTS and TB publicity and education work to raise the level of patients finding and keep TB sputum laboratory work quality and improve early effective rate of sputum.更多还原
