地铁集中空调通风系统消毒效果研究
Study on the effect of disinfecting for central air conditioning ventilation in subway
【摘要】 目的分析地铁集中空调通风系统清洗后消毒效果,为地铁集中空调清洗后消毒工作提供技术指导。方法选取某市新建地铁线路一条,抽取其中5座结构相似地铁站,清洗后使用不同种类、剂量消毒剂进行消毒,消毒完后12 h后对其集中空调通风系统进行检测,观察消毒效果。结果新风井采用含氯消毒剂消毒效果最为明显,集中空调管道内消毒采用长效季铵盐类消毒剂优于75%酒精,地铁隧道风压对集中空调清洗消毒后的效果维持存在显著影响(P<0.05)。结论地铁集中空调通风系统通过全面清洗消毒能够明显地提高一次性监测合格率,但消毒后效果维持易受地铁隧道风压影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of disinfecting for central air conditioning ventilation in subway,and provide technical guidance for the work of cleaning and disinfecting in central air conditioning ventilation. Methods One of new subway lines in a city was selected,and 5 subway stations of similar structure were extracted,different kinds and different doses of the disinfectant to disinfect were used. After 12 hours,centralized air ventilation system and observed the disinfection efficacy were checked. Results The chlorine disinfectant was most effective for fresh air well. For central air conditioning pipe long term quatemary ammonium salt disinfectant was more effective than 75% alcohol. Wind pressure from the subway tunnels could impact the maintaining of the effect of cleaning and disinfecting of concentrated air conditioning. Conclusion The one- time qualified rate of the central air conditioning ventilation system of the subway can be significantly improved through the comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting. But the maintaining of disinfecting effect is easily affected by the wind press from the subway tunnel.
