【摘要】 目的了解吉林省内市售纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂含量情况,为食品包装材料的安全性提供科学依据。方法 2014年从全省9个地区采集60份纸质包装材料样品,粉碎后经40%乙腈提取(含1%三乙胺)、超声、离心后,采用高效液相色谱仪测定。结果 43份纸杯样品中荧光增白剂检出率为23.2%,4份纸碗中无检出,7份纸浆快餐具中荧光增白剂检出率为14.3%,4份纸袋中荧光增白剂检出率为100.0%,2份纸桶中荧光增白剂检出率为50.0%。结论市售纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂检出率比较高,应采取针对措施,以提高食品包装材料安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to realize fluorescent whitening agent of food packaging paper in Jilin,and provide the data for food packaging paper safe. Methods The samples from nine regions in 2014 were collected from all kinds of markets,with the totally 60 samples. The samples were ground and added to 40% acetonitrile mixture( contain 1% triethylamine).After supersounding,the extracts were transferred into a centrifuging machine. The purified liquid were detected by using a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Results The detection rate of 43 paper cup was 23. 2%; the detection rate of 43 paper bowls was 23. 2%; the detection rate of 7 paper mealwares was 14. 3%; the detection rate of 4 paper bags was 100. 0%; the detection rate of 2 fiber drums was 50. 0%. Conclusion The overall level of contamination in food packaging paper are still high. Pertinent measures should be taken to reduce the contaminations ingesting.更多还原
