【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症家庭照料者心理压力和负性情绪之间的关系。方法采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对100例于2016年5~7月在济宁市精神病防治院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者的家庭照料者(简称研究组)进行调查,并与100例相匹配的健康人群(简称对照组)进行比较。结果研究组的CPSS总分为(25.68±6.47)分,显著高于对照组的(19.76±5.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组的SAS、SDS总分分别为(52.57±6.33)分、(53.32±7.25)分,显著高于对照组的(32.13±6.58)分、(32.13±6.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,心理压力与焦虑抑郁存在正相关。多元回归分析显示,心理压力可分别解释焦虑的21.6%的变异量,抑郁的24.1%的变异量。结论心理压力是精神分裂症家庭照料者负性情绪的预测因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between mental stress and negative emotion of the family tenders with schizophrenia.Methods 100 family tenders with schizophrenia(the study group) who were treated in Mental Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Jining City from May to July in 2016 were researched by using chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),who were compared with 100 health crowd(the control group) at the same period.Results The score of CPSS in the study group was(25.68±6.47) points,which was higher than(19.76±5.16) points in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of SAS,SDS in the study group was(52.57±6.33) points,(53.32±7.25) points respectively,which was higher than(32.13±6.58) points,(32.13±6.58) points in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between mental stress and negative emotion.Multiple regression analysis showed that mental stress explained 21.6% of the variance of anxious,21.6% of the variance of depression.Conclusion Mental stress is predictive factor of negative emotion of the family tenders with schizophrenia.更多还原
