【摘要】 目的研究结肠癌的临床病理特征并分析其预后影响因素。方法选取我院2012年3月~2013年3月收治的40例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,回顾患者的临床基本资料、围术期血常规检查、生化检查、影像学检查、病理检查等结果,患者经手术治疗后均接受3年随访,记录随访期间患者的生存率,并对影响其生存率的可能因素进行单因素对比分析和多因素回归分析。结果 40例结肠癌患者术后经3年的随访,其无病生存率为80.0%(32/40)。经单因素和多因素回归分析确定,血清癌胚抗原水平和病理分化程度是影响结肠癌患者预后的独立危险因素。结论通过对结肠癌患者的临床病理情况进行分析有利于评估判断患者的预后风险,加强对高风险患者的重视并给予更为积极的治疗,颇具临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of colon cancer,and to analyze the prognostic factors.Methods 40 patients with colon cancer in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects,the clinical basic data,perioperative blood routine examination,biochemical examination,pathological examination results were reviewed.After surgery,all patients were followed up for three years.The survival rate of patients was recorded and the possible factors influencing survival rate were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.Results 40 patients with colon cancer after three years of follow-up,the disease-free survival rate was80.0%(32/40).Single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis confirmed that the level of serum cancer embryonic antigen and the degree of pathological differentiation were independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of colon cancer patients.Conclusion Through the analysis of the clinical pathology of colon cancer patients,it is beneficial to evaluate the prognosis of patients,strengthening the attention of high-risk patients and giving more positive treatment,which has clinical application value.更多还原
