【摘要】 目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治的78例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将其分成观察组和对照组,各39例。两组均给予常规疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上联合美托洛尔、曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者相关临床指标的变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者临床各项心功能指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的不良反发生率(5.13%)明显低于对照组(20.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭,临床效果较佳,且可改善患者的血压和心功能,具有临床应用、推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHF) and heart failure.Methods 78 patients with CHF and heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group(n=39) and control group(n =39).The two groups were given conventional therapy,the observation group on this,basis combined with Metoprolol,Trimetazidine treatment,the clinical indicators of the changes between two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 94.87% in the observation group and higher than 76.92% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences in cardiac function between the two groups(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(5.13% vs 20.51%,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Metoprolol and Trimetazidine has better clinical effect and can improve the blood pressure and heart function of patients with CHD and heart failure.It has clinical application and popularization value.更多还原
