【摘要】 目的探讨显微支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2016年1月在我院治疗的声带息肉患者50例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中25例患者采用表面麻醉下纤维鼻咽喉镜息肉摘除术治疗为对照组,25例患者采用全身麻醉下显微镜支撑喉镜息肉摘除术治疗为研究组。比较两组治疗前后声学参数改善情况、手术时间及并发展情况。结果治疗后,两组带蒂声带息肉患者基频微扰、振幅微扰、标准化噪声能量等指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组广基声带息肉患者基频微扰、振幅微扰、标准化噪声能量等指标均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为12.0%(3/25),研究组并发症发生率为16.0%(4/25),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微支撑喉镜下声带息肉手术具有较好的临床疗效,尤其对广基声带息肉,优势更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of vocal cord polyp surgery under microscopic support.Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with vocal cord polyp from January 2014 to January 2016 were respectively analyzed.25 cases of control group were treated with the removal of the fiber under nasal endoscope under general anesthesia,and25 cases of study group were treated with microscopic support for the removal of polyps under general anesthesia.Improvement of acoustic parameters,operation time and development of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,pedicle vocal cord poyps patients with basic frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,standardized noise energy and other indicators of two groups was better than that before treatment respectively(P <0.05).After treatment,pedicle vocal cord polyps patients with basic frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,standardized noise energy and other indicators of two groups was better than that before treatment respectively,and better than that of control group after treatment respectively(P<0.05).Complication rate of control group was 12.0%(3/25),and study group was 16.0%(4/25),which showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of vocal cord polyps with microscopic support has a good clinical effect,especially for sessile vocal cord polyp.更多还原
