【摘要】 目的探讨全程治疗对精神分裂症患者回归社区作用的影响。方法选择2015年1~6月我院接诊的精神分裂症患者100例,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规社区管理,观察组给予全程治疗的方式。观察两组患者治疗前后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)的变化,比较治疗后两组复发率、再住院率、就业率。结果治疗后,观察组BPRS、SDSS评分均比对照组低[(21.13±2.76)比(31.08±3.03),(7.08±1.31)比(10.87±2.24)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组复发率、再住院率低于对照组(10%比36%,4%比24%),就业率比对照组高(56%比12%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在精神分裂症患者中实施全程治疗,在帮助患者回归到社会中具有积极意义,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the whole course treatment on the return to the community function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia from January 2015 to June in our hospital were researched and divided into observation group and control group by random,each group with 50 cases,patients in the control group were given routine community management,and patients in the observation group were given the whole treatment.The change of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) and social function defect scale(SDSS) scores before and after treatment were compared,recurrence rate,re hospitalization rate,employment rate were compared.Results After treatment,BPRS and SDSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(21.13 ±2.76) vs(31.08±3.03),(7.08±1.31) vs(10.87±2.24)],the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);the recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(10% vs 36%,4% vs 24%),the employment rate was higher than that in the control group(56% vs 12%),the differences both were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Implementation of the whole course treatment in patients with schizophrenia,in helping patients to return to the community has a positive significance,it is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
