【摘要】 目的探讨中药清胰解毒方治疗经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术后胰腺炎的效果。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的96例术后胰腺炎(PEP)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服中药清胰解毒方治疗,观察两组患者术前2 h、术后3 d时血清淀粉酶(AMS)水平、临床症状改善情况、术后胰腺炎病情改善时间、肠功能的恢复时间以及住院时间。结果两组患者术前2 h的AMS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 d及术后3 d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者术后1 d和3 d的上腹痛症状改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组的胰腺炎改善时间、住院时间、肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加用中药清胰解毒方能有效改善PEP患者的病情,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography pancreatitis after effect of Qingyi Jiedu decoction.Methods 96 cases with PEP from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the object of study,and randomly divided into test group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases),the control group was given conventional treatment,experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Two groups of patients with preoperative 2 h,3 days after operation,the serum amylase(AMS) level and clinical symptoms to improve the situation,postoperative pancreatitis and improved time,intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were compared.Results Patients with preoperative 2 h,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),postoperative 1 d and postoperative 3 d in two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);improvement of 1 d and 3 d test group of upper quadrant abdominal pain,abdominal distension of patients in two groups were better than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group of pancreatitis and improved time,hospitalization time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PEP with Chinese herbal medicine can effectively improve the patient’s condition,clinical effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
