【Abstract】 Th9 cells are a new subset of CD4+T cells,which play a major biological effects by secreting IL-9.Th9 cells might be involved in pathogen immunity and immune-mediated disease.IL-9 is pleiotropic,which has the function of increasing the number of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators to promote inflammation.IL-9 not only participates in allergic diseases,anti-parasitic infection and adjustment of autoimmune disease,but also plays an important role in the development of ulcerative colitis.更多还原
