【摘要】 目的探讨扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗儿童鼾症的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2015年12月本院收治的100例鼾症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予扁桃体摘除联合腺样体刮除常规治疗,观察组给予扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术进行治疗。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗有效率、住院时间。结果观察组的总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的平均手术时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,平均术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术对儿童鼾症进行治疗可取得更为理想的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of children with snoring.Methods 100 children with snoring from January 2012 to December2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy,the observation group was given tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope.The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the effective rate of treatment and hospitalization time was compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The average operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the average amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of children with snoring can get more ideal effect.更多还原
