【摘要】 目的探讨sCD40L在子痫前期孕妇中的动态表达及其意义。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月在本院行产检诊断的42例早发型子痫前期孕妇作为实验组,选取同期的50例正常孕妇作为对照组。采集两组孕20、24、28周时的外周血,应用酶联免疫吸附试验对血清sCD40L表达量进行检测,比较两组的sCD40L表达水平。结果实验组孕20、24、28周的血清sCD40L表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组的血清sCD40L表达水平较低,孕20、24、28周表达量无明显变化。随着孕周的增加,实验组的sCD40L血清表达量逐步上升,孕24周明显高于孕20周(F=33.41,P<0.01),孕28周明显高于孕24周(F=27.38,P<0.01)。结论 sCD40L作为子痫前期早期预警指标及病情监测指标具有良好的临床前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore dynamic expression and significance of sCD40L in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Methods 42 cases of early onset preeclampsia pregnant women in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the experimental group,50 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group at the same period.Peripheral blood of pregnant women in the two groups was collected in 20,24,28 weeks of pregnancy,then expression level of serum sCD40L were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the expression level of sCD40L in the two groups was compared. Results The expression level of serum sCD40L in 20,24,28 weeks of pregnancy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P <0.01).The expression level of sCD40L in the control group was lower,there was no significant change of the expression level in 20,24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.The expression level of sCD40L in the experimental group increased gradually with the increase of pregnancy weeks,the expression level of sCD40L in 24 weeks of pregnancy was higher than that in 20 weeks of pregnancy(F=33.41,P<0.01),the expression level of sCD40L in 28 weeks of pregnancy was higher than that in 24 weeks of pregnancy(F=27.38,P<0.01). Conclusion As early warning indicators and disease monitoring indicators of preeclampsia,sCD40L has a good clinical prospect.更多还原
