【摘要】 目的探讨经筋手法配合火针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月~2015年11月本院的120例颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统手法)、火针组、经筋组、经筋+火针组,各30例。比较各组的NPQ颈痛量表评分、McGill疼痛量表评分、Vernon颈部废用指数评分等及治疗效果。结果经筋+火针组的McGill疼痛评分、NPQ颈痛量表评分、Vernon颈椎废用指数评分显著低于治疗前及其他三组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经筋+火针组的治愈率及总有效率显著高于对照组、火针组与经筋组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经筋手法配合火针治疗颈型颈椎病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To explore the clinical effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type. Methods 120 cases of cervical spondylosis of cervical type from June 2014 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(traditional technique),the fire needle group,the Jingjin group,the Jingjin combined with fire needle group,30 cases in each group.The score of Northwick park questionnaire neck pain scale,Mc Gill pain scale and Vernon disability index of cervical spine,the treatment effect among four groups was compared respectively. Results The score of Northwick park questionnaire neck pain scale,Mc Gill pain scale and Vernon disability index of cervical spine in the Jingjin combined with fire needle group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and in the other three groups after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The cure rate and the total effective rate in the Jingjin combined with fire needle group was higher than that in the control group,the fire needle group,the Jingjin group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
