【摘要】 目的研究儿童清肺糖浆的最佳生产工艺条件。方法对剂型选择、提取工艺路线及制剂工艺技术等方面进行考察。结果儿童清肺糖浆的最佳生产工艺条件为取处方量橘红、炒紫苏子、紫苏叶、薄荷、前胡、石菖蒲等6味药加12倍量水浸泡3 h后,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取3 h,收集挥发油,药液滤过,备用。其余黄芩等16味药加8倍量水提取3次,每次1 h,药液滤过。全部药液合并后,减压浓缩至相对密度1.03~1.05(40~50℃),放冷,滤过。滤液加入蔗糖600 g,山梨酸钾2 g,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.2 g,加热搅拌使溶解,煮沸30 min,放冷,滤过。取挥发油用少量乙醇溶解后加入滤液中,充分搅拌,加入纯化水至1000 ml,搅拌均匀,分装成瓶,即得。结论优选的儿童清肺糖浆生产工艺,既保证了产品质量,又适合儿童服用,并降低了生产成本,适合于工业化大生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on optimum technological conditions for Clearing Lung Syrup for children. Methods The extraction technology, preparation selection and pharmaceutical technology were studied. Results The preparation method for Clearing Lung Syrup for children inclusion complex was got prescriptions of dried tangerine peel, roasted perilla seed, folia perillae acutae, mint, common hogfenne I root, rhizoma acori graminei with the amount of water or 12 times,and the soaking time was 3 h then extracted by wet distillation for 3 h.Volatile oil was collected and the extraction fluid was filtered to reserve. The other 16 herbs was extracted three times in water 8 times, filtrated, and the filtrate was combined with the former. The mixed decoction was concentrated to 1.03~1.05(40~50℃),set cold, filtrated,and was ensiled with suger 600 g,potassium sorbate 2 g and ethyl P-Hydroxybenzoate 0.2 g,heated and stirred, boiled for 30 min, set cold, filtrated. Volatile oil was dissolved by a few ethanol with efficient stirring, add provision to purify water volume of 1000 ml, juice, filtering, rebottling into small bottles. Conclusion The optimal processing condition not only can ensure the product quality and its suitable for children patients but also reduce cost. It apply to industrial production.更多还原
