【摘要】 目的探讨左旋咪唑联合当归补血汤对成人肾病综合征患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年10月收治的200例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,观察组采用中西医综合疗法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能指标和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的Ig G、Ig A水平显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3水平显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,CD4、CD4/CD8水平显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率和复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋咪唑联合当归补血汤治疗成人肾病综合征效果显著,能够有效改善免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of levamisole combined with Dangguibuxue decoction on immune function of adult nephrotic syndrome patient. Methods 200 nephrotic syndrome patients from January 2010 to October2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western therapy.The clinical effect,immune function index and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.0%,which was higher than75.0% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of Ig G and Ig A in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of CD3 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and in the control group,the level of CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction and recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of levamisole combined with dangguibuxue decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome is significant,which can effective improve immune function,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
