小茴香中黄酮类化合物提取及抗氧化性研究
Study on Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids from Foeniculu vulgare Mill
【摘要】 通过正交实验得出小茴香黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件:提取剂为95%乙醇(体积分数),料液比为1∶15(g/mL),提取温度为40℃。通过DPPH法研究不同温度、光照、金属离子对小茴香黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性的影响,结果表明:小茴香黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性对光和热有较好的稳定性。在一定浓度下,Zn2+和Mg2+可使小茴香黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性提高,而Fe2+和Cu2+则使其抗氧化活性下降。与其他抗氧化剂比较,抗氧化活性为维生素C>β-胡萝卜素>小茴香黄酮类化合物。
【Abstract】 The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids fromFoeniculu vulgare Mill are obtained by orthogonal experiments,the extraction agent is 95% alcohol,the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶15,and the extraction temperature is 40 ℃.The effects of temperature,natural light illumination and metal ions on antioxidant activity of flavonoids fromFoeniculu vulgare Mill are studied by DPPH method.The results show that the antioxidant ability of flavonoids fromFoeniculu vulgare Mill is stability for temperature and natural light illumination.Zn2+ and Mg2+ can improve the antioxidant ability of flavonoids fromFoeniculu vulgare Mill,Fe2+ and Cu2+ can reduce the antioxidant ability of flavonoids fromFoeniculu vulgare Mill when the concentration is certain.Compare with other antioxidants,the antioxidant activity is vitamin C>β-carotene>Foeniculu vulgare Mill flavonoids.
