一株分解玉米浆蛋白酶产生菌扩大培养
Amplification Culture of Corn Steep Liquor,Protease Producing Strain
【摘要】 从齐齐哈尔大学玉米研发中心保藏菌种QU3.601为出发菌株,经过诱变和富集培养得到了蛋白酶活力高、孢子多、发芽率高的菌株QU3.601米曲霉,该菌株在玉米浆发酵生产植物蛋白调味液中具有良好的推广前景。重点介绍了米曲汁和移动式厚层通风制曲培养槽在米曲霉培养过程中的应用。
【Abstract】 QU3.601 deposited in corn research and development center of Qiqihar University is as the starting strain,and the strain QU3.601 with high protease activity and germination rate and more spores is obtained by mutagenesis and enrichment culture.The strain has agood prospect in the fermentative production of vegetable protein seasoning with corn steep liquor.The application of the rice starter juice and the moving thick-layer ventilation system in the cultivation of Aspergillus oryzae are emphatically introduced.
