氧化钆对磷酸钡玻璃微结构影响的热分析及光谱分析
Thermal and Spectroscopic Analysis on Influence of Gadolinium Oxide on Microstructure of Brium Phosphate Glasses
【摘要】 为研究氧化钆对磷酸钡玻璃热性能及微结构的影响,采用熔融-淬火法制备xGd2O3-(100-x)(50BaO-50P2O5)(x=0,2,4,6,8mol%)系列玻璃,研究了玻璃密度和摩尔体积及热相变特性,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等测试技术对样品的微结构进行了分析。研究结果表明:当x≤6 mol%时,体系易形成透明的均质玻璃,当x=8 mol%时,样品中出现GdPO4晶相;在玻璃形成范围内,增加Gd2O3含量,使玻璃微结构网络更致密,玻璃热稳定性得到改善;FT-IR和Raman光谱表明玻璃微结构主要是Q2结构单元,有少量Q0和Q1结构单元。
【Abstract】 The glass samples with composition of xGd2O3-(100-x)(50BaO-50P2O5)(x=0,2,4,6,8 mol%) were prepared by melt-quenching method to study influence of gadolinium oxide on thermal properties and microstructure of brium phosphate glass.The galss density,molar volume and thermal phase transformation were investigated.In addition,XRD,SEM,FT-IR and Raman were used to study the microstructure of samples.Results showed that When x≤6mol%,the system was easy to form transparent homogeneous glass.The samples containing 8 mol%Gd2O3 showed the presence of GdPO4 phase.Both the microstructure networks and the thermal properties were improved with the increase of Gd2O3.FT-IR and Raman data indicated that glass predominantly consists of Q2 metaphosphate units,along with minor Q1 and Q0 orthophosphate units.
