碳酸钙含量对泡沫玻璃结构与性能的影响
Effect of Content of Calcium Carbonate on Microstructure and Properties of Foam Glass
【摘要】 以废玻璃为主要原料,CaCO3为发泡剂,烧结制备了泡沫玻璃材料。利用DTA、XRD、电子万能试验机等分析测试手段,研究了CaCO3含量对泡沫玻璃结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着CaCO3添加量的增加,孔径由小变大,形貌从均匀的单峰孔转变成复杂的双峰孔结构,力学性能趋向于开孔结构;750℃下保温15 min可制得体积密度0.230.35 g/cm3、抗压强度0.765.09 MPa、气孔率84.0590.73%的泡沫玻璃材料。
【Abstract】 Foam glass was prepared through sintering process using waste glass as raw materials,CaCO3 as foaming agent.The influence of content of CaCO3 on microstructure and properties of foam glass were evaluated by differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electronic universal tester.The results show that with the increasing of CaCO3 content,the pore diameter increases; The morphology transformed from homogeneous unimodal hole to complicated bimodal hole,the mechanical property was similar to the open pore structure; The foam glass material with an apparent density of 0.230.35 g/cm3,a compressive strength of 0.765.09 MPa,and a porosity of 84.0590.73 prepared at 750 ℃ for 15 min.
