稀土离子掺杂CaF2透明激光陶瓷的研究进展

【摘要】 稀土离子掺杂的CaF2透明陶瓷同时具有氟化物独特的光学性能和陶瓷材料优异的力学性能,是一种具有战略意义的新型激光增益介质材料。综述了当前国内外稀土离子掺杂CaF2透明激光陶瓷的研究进展,并对制备工艺和光学性能进行了阐述。分析了当前研究所遇到的问题,着重分析了Nd3+∶CaF2透明激光陶瓷的研究难点,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 CaF2 transparent ceramics doped by rare earth ions have the unique optical properties of fluorides and the excellent mechanical properties of ceramics, and it is a new laser gain medium with the strategic significance. This paper summarized the research progress of CaF2 transparent laser ceramics doped by the rare earth ion domestic and overseas, and elaborated the preparation technology and optical properties. The current research problems were also analyzed, especially the difficulties in the research on Nd3+ ∶ CaF2 transparent laser ceramics. And the paper also looked to the future application of CaF2 based transparent laser ceramics.
